Also, thank you to Kellie Toothman who is back in touch with Wrap Them in Roses after sewing quilts for Keira in the past. Thank you for re-engaging with us - your 10 kits should arrive today!
I put together 15 kits in the process and mailed off 10, meaning I've got 5 ready for someone's TLC. Whose ready?

The Material Girls are back!
I just got word from Mary Jane Handy from the Material Girls Guild up in Leominster that they would like to make more quilts this season. They made SOOOO many last year and we are thrilled that they've chosen us again for their charity sewing initiative. We are so grateful. I've sent 50 labels your way Mary Jane. Thank you!

Wrap Them in Roses Sewing Event - Thank you Kate Wellen!
Kate Wellen, one of our active quilt volunteers, organized an event for this past Monday in Marlborough, MA. She took 30 kits with her and we are excited to see how this event turned out. Thank you so much Kate for thinking of Wrap Them in Roses for your sewing guild, we hope everything went well on Monday. :)
64 quilts!!! Thank you Material Girls!
Thank you Concetta for dropping off the 64 quilts that your wonderful mother, Mary Jane, and the Leominster Material Girls Quilting Guild made earlier this year. I can't believe that you guys were able to produce this many quilts in essentially a one day workshop. We are SOOO grateful for this contribution. This definitely is the largest quilt donation by a single entity so far, by far! You are so generous and we look forward to continuing to work with you :) Thank you so much.

New Recipient
Going forward, we will be donating quilts to UMASS Memorial Hospital in Worcestor, MA, in addition to Boston's Childrens Hospital. This is great news and we are looking forward to making our first donation there in March.
